Buga Ital Auto welcomed many enthusiastic guests to the recent 'Grand Punto Party', which saw the 'avant-première' of the new Fiat Grande Punto. Long established Buga Ital Auto, is one of Belgium’s largest Fiat, Alfa Romeo and Lancia dealerships. They launched, in an avant-première, the new 'compact' Fiat Grande Punto on the 8th and 9th December. The selected guests present during - what was title the “Grande Punto Party” - were all personally invited.

Worldwide, 6,000,000 Puntos, have been already sold, making the Punto the biggest sales success story in the history of Fiat. Now the all-new Grande Punto - which was officially launched at the Frankfurt IAA in September - takes this strong theme a step further. The new Grande Punto has already won the highly prestigious “Goldene Lenkrad” award in Germany, before the new car was officially launched in Belgium. In capturing this prize the Grande Punto quite simply left all its German competitors far behind.

In an event spread out over two days, the Grande Punto was launched at the spacious, modern showrooms of Buga Ital Auto. More than four hundred guests were present people and enjoined the presentation. The 'Grande Punto Party' was a real mix of emotions, style and excitement. For the two special evenings Buga Ital Auto prepared a unique Grande Punto cocktail that served to create even more colour, and with a dramatic flourish the new cars was unveiled.
 

"We didn't only invited our existing Punto customers and ambassadors," comments Buga Ital Auto's Jan Van Rooy. "We also invited all the people who work everyday at Buga Ital Auto, because they have been a very important factor in our on-going success. When the staff who work here are very enthusiastic and committed to the products we sell, they will naturally pass this excitement straight on to our customers.

"The pre-launch of the Grande Punto was certainly a great success," add Jan Van Rooy, "The design and presence of the new car is definitely convincing enough, and we had great feedback over the two days. The new Grande Punto is sporting and stylish enough for a young audience while at the same time it is practical enough to be a family car. The new Grande Punto range will be officially available at Buga Ital Auto dealerships starting from 7th January 2006.
