The production Alfa Brera will make its British public debut on the occasion of the ‘Autosport International’ show, which takes place at the Birmingham National Exhibition Centre, from 12-15 January, offering visitors an ideal opportunity to view the new coupe close up for the first time.

Revealed to widespread public and media acclaim alike at the 75th edition of the prestigious Geneva Salon, this stunning Giorgetto Giugiaro designed sportscar goes on sale this month across Italy, with a pan-European rollout swiftly following. An announcement as to its arrival date in the UK Alfa Romeo dealerships is expected shortly. The car’s legendary Italian designer Giorgetto Giugiaro commented when he first revealed the Brera, in concept format: “It is not a repetition, it is a bud that will flower.” And truly this is a car that has blossomed. In fact Top Gear closed a recent test report by saying that in driving the Brera, “you're illuminating the lives of others by showing them something of extraordinary beauty." Pure power and aggression, refined dynamic ability, class leading safety standards, and luxurious comfort levels all combine to make this the finest ‘sports GT’ of its generation.

Autosport International, held over four days, is the world’s leading motor sports show. A technological showcase, it sees all the major global sporting disciplines gathered under one huge roof. The sophistication of the current crop of Formula One cars rub shoulders with the durability of the ‘World Rally Cars’, the glorious heritage of Historic racers, and the sheer agility of Karts, while visitors who enjoy the sound of high-powered supercar engines and the smell of burning rubber, will be well catered for in the action arenas
