In celebration of International Women’s Day, Sony Entertainment Television (SET) organised Singapore’s first ever male Topless Car Wash on Saturday 7 Mar 2009 with the goal of the event being to create awareness and raising funds for the Breast Cancer Foundation.

The Alfa Romeo Owners’ Club of Singapore supported the fundraiser with its presence of a convoy of its members' cars, including representatives of the Alfa 147, 156, 159 and GT model ranges, to help publicise the charity event and to make a collective donation from its members.

Doing their part for charity, local DJs and celebrities, the National Water Polo team as well as finalists of the Singapore Manhunt contest were on hand to wash down the cars. Despite facing mixed weather conditions, the event raised close to S$10,000 in the 2hrs it was organised."
