To mark a century of passion and engagement, Alfa Romeo celebrates 100 years of automotive design and culture by launching its Official Fine Art Prints Collection. Throughout its legendary history artists have recorded and pictured the industrial story of Alfa Romeo and - in celebration of this aesthetic and emotional link between car design and art - Alfa Romeo now offers Alfisti, car enthusiasts and art collectors the possibility to own and collect authentic Alfa Romeo Artworks, created by international artists and fine art illustrators.

The Alfa Romeo Official Fine Art Prints Collections expresses the passion, design and human genius behind Alfa’s legendary cars and achievements through the free language of art.

The Centennial Art Collection - a unique artistic journey into the world Alfa Romeo

As part of its official art collection, Alfa Romeo presents a truly unique series of artworks: The Alfa Romeo Centennial Fine Art Prints Collection. 100 exceptional artworks by 100 different artists, freely celebrating the vast history of Alfa Romeo through different styles and aesthetic concepts. Each artwork is, reproduced in a limited edition of 100 fine art prints only.

The launch collection also features five other themes: Cars, Racing, Passion & Icons, Affiches and Vintage. The “Cars” Collection features artworks which concentrate on Alfa’s most significant contemporary cars; The “Racing” Collection features subjects inspired by Alfa’s vast racing heritage; The “Passion & Icons” Collection celebrates Alfa’s iconography; The “Affiches” Collection proposes iconic Alfa advertisements since its founding and The “Vintage” Collection concentrates on the iconic cars in Alfa Romeo’s history. Each collection proposes different artistic styles and a free interpretation of the themes. The Alfa Romeo Official Fine Art Prints Collection develops continuously through new artists, subjects, styles and special editions.

The Artworks

Alfa Romeo official artworks are authentic and original creations - exclusive to Alfa Romeo - reproduced as fine art giclée print editions or offered as originals. For the editions collectors can select the media of reproduction – Fine Art Paper, Canvas, Cultbond or Cultplex – and the desired artwork size according to their taste and interior design style. Prices range from 100 to 995 euros, depending on the media of reproduction, the size and the edition of the artwork. Each artwork is individually crafted to the highest museum quality standards and custom made to the customer’s specifications. The artwork is available exclusively from the Alfa Romeo’s art web store.

The Editions

Alfa Romeo artworks are reproduced in numbered, limited or unique editions. Limited editions range from unique artworks (1/1) to editions of maximum 200 reproductions. Each artwork is accompanied by a certificate of authenticity and limited edition, guaranteeing its collector value.

The Artists

The more than hundred artists selected by Alfa Romeo and Cultwork, in collaboration with Illustrative, the leading international forum for contemporary illustration and graphic arts, range from established artists to young talents in fine art, illustration and photography. To quote just a few: Roman Bittner, Rich Tu, Marco Wagner, Jamie Ball, Ana Belido, Damien Poulain, Beat Kuert, Mk2Kid and Massimo Giacon. All have in common the same fascination for car design and automotive culture.
