27.04.2011 FERRARI AIMS TO SET THE AFTERSALES STANDARD WITH NEW SEVEN YEAR MAINTENANCE PROGRAMME

FERRARI 458 ITALIA

Ferrari is aiming to take the lead in the luxury supercar segment with the introduction of the Ferrari Genuine Maintenance programme that will cover all the scheduled maintenance for the first seven years, regardless of vehicle mileage.

The new service programme covers all new California, 458 Italia and FF models and is provided at no additional cost to the client, ensuring that Ferrari owners have peace of mind and an enhanced ownership experience.

The Ferrari Genuine Maintenance programme's remit covers all standard maintenance items, as outlined in the service schedule, and is also transferable to a new client in the event of a change of vehicle ownership. The programme has been designed to anticipate one annual service each year during the seven year period, but, as there is no mileage restriction imposed, clients who reach the service intervals by mileage (every 20,000 km or 12,500 miles) will be able to have their car serviced more than once per year.

The Ferrari Genuine Maintenance programme will be supplied as standard with all California, 458 Italia and FF models delivered backdated from March and is available through the official Ferrari service centre network. The programme ensures: cars are maintained in accordance with Ferrari’s recommended schedule, safety and environmental standards are maintained throughout the period as well as a hoped for enhanced residual values for the original and subsequent owners. With the introduction of the Ferrari Genuine Maintenance seven-year programme, the Prancing Horse aims to set the standard throughout the industry for customer care and innovation.
