The route is from the start in Vijayawada to Chennai, Bangalore, Tumkur, Kohlapur, Pune, Mumbai, Jaipur, Delhi, Agra, Calcutta, Bubhaneswar, Vishakapatnam and Rajahmundry, before finishing back in Vijayawada. The current record stands at 86 hours (for the 6,041 km distance). This new record attempt is being sponsored by Fiat India.
