Highlight of this weekend's "Factory Fair" at Betin is an exhibition of historic Fiats that were built in Brazil, a chance for visitors to remember and reflect on iconic models such as the 147 (top), Oggi (bottom) and Tempra (middle).

This weekend Fiat Brazil is promoting the second “Factory Fair’ at its Betim plant in the Minas Gerais region where, alongside the entire new passenger car and light commercial vehicle range, there are being showcased some real icons from the brand’s rich four decade long history of building cars in Latin America’s biggest country.

The mega factory’s expansive showroom facility is hosting fifty-five passenger cars and ten commercial vehicles that cover the current Fiat brand range in Brazil for this special occasion. The entire Fiat range comes with special offers at this weekend’s event along with zero rate financing.

The Betim plant, which first opened in 1976 but has ever since greatly expanded, is Fiat Chrysler Automobiles biggest vehicle assembly factory in the world.

The "Feirão" has at customers disposal all the services required for the purchase of a new car, such as dedicated sales staff, as well as an area reserved for purchasing vehicles that have been adapted for people with reduced mobility.

Among the options for consumers this weekend is the new Fiat Cronos sedan, launched in Brazil earlier this year, with its sportier design and one of the largest luggage compartments in B-segment, at 525 litres.

The Cronos since launch has gained awards from several important publications that are focused on the Brazilian automotive sector. Quatro Rodas magazine, for example, has chosen the Cronos Drive 1.3 level version as its “Melhor Compra” (“Best Buy”) 2018 in the category for cars priced up to R$60,000.

The website Motor 1, meanwhile, highlighted the car as having the best cost-to-benefit and the portal Auto Esporte chose the vehicle as the most economical in its category for cars above 1.0 with a manual gearbox.

Those looking for a more urban-style, economical car can opt for the Mobi Like. Amongst its attributes the model was chosen to receive for the first time in the history of Fiat in Brazil the combination of a 1.0 engine equipped with automatic transmission. Another choice for consumers this weekend is the Fiat Argo 1.0 MY2019 which costs R$42,990.00.

The segment-leading Fiat Toro, which inaugurated the Sport Utility Pick-up (SUP) concept in Brazil by combining the strength and ruggedness of a pickup with the comfort and driveability of an SUV, is also be available for purchase at a discounted price.

In addition to the offer of the models with special promotional purchasing terms, the fair has brought together infrastructure for the whole family with an area reserved for food trucks, a kids space and a zone to facilitate test drives. The Feirão also feature the mascots of Atlético, Cruzeiro and América, three traditional miners football clubs.

There is also an exhibition of historic Fiats that were built in Brazil, a chance for visitors to remember and reflect on iconic models such as the 147, Oggi and Tempra.
