21.01.2004 NEW ENGINES IMPROVED SAFETY MORE OPTIONS AND A REVISED INTERIOR FOR THE FIAT DOBLO CARGO
EQUIPMENT, OPTIONS AND COLOURS
The Doblò Cargo MY 2004 was designed as
the ideal response to work-related needs, even the most specific, and offers two
specifications (base and SX) and 20 body types: panel or glazed; with 3, 4 or 5
doors; with a normal or high top; with a payload of 625 or 805 kilograms.
The following are standard on all versions in Italy: asymmetrical glazed
side-hinged rear doors, side protection strips, partition, oddment shelf under
the cabin ceiling, six load fastening hooks, interior side panel protection to
waist level, power steering (an option with the 1.2 engine), trip computer, rev
counter, headlight alignment corrector, tinted windows, immobiliser,
antisubmarining seats and FPS.
The SX specification (panel and glazed) also comes with a sliding right side
door, height-adjustable steering wheel, body-coloured door mirrors, driver's
seat with armrest and height and lumbar adjustment, electric windows, central
locking, load compartment with mat and foglight.
A host of options help make the vehicle even more functional and versatile.
These include: raised roof (3.8 m3 of effective window); increased payload (805
kilograms with driver); swivelling skylight; folding passenger seat, with a
backrest that converts to a table; tubular partition or a split partition for
accommodating long loads.
For increased information, on-board comfort and safety, the model offers a long
list of options including CONNECT, two radios (with tape player or CD),
electrically-controlled, heated door mirrors, heated rear window and rear wiper,
ABS, airbags for driver and passenger and sidebags.
Every customer can find their very own Doblò Cargo, because the new model is a
thousand vehicles in one. This array of alternatives is also complemented by
versions created by outside body conversion shops. The Doblò Cargo MY 2004 is
ideal for conversion to meet the most diverse range of applications: from
vehicles with a lined, equipped load compartment to insulated compartments for
the transport of perishable goods, from mobile workshops to units equipped for
police forces.
