The RR450, which Fornasari claim is the world's fastest off-roader, received its world premiere at the Bologna Motor Show last December. The hand made car, with a claimed high technical content, will commence production in limited numbers this year.

Officially the story of Fornasari began two years ago with the company founded by Mr. Giuseppe Fornasari and some friends of him as supporters, which built on a venture started in the early '90s, with the import of Corvettes from the U.S. and having them prepared for racing.

The world of racing and Grand Tourism cars have been marking the entire life of the promoter of this enterprise. Guiseppe father Gigi had been a very skilled racer for Alfa and Maserati in the '50s and from him the founder could receive not merely the passion for cars, but also a valuable asset of technical know-how and human knowledge.
