The facelifted Alfa Romeo 166, due to receive its world premiere at next month's Frankfurt Motor Show, shows its 'family' style nose in these photos. Following hard on the heels of the 147, 156, Spider and GTV, the revised 166, revised in house by Centro Style will feature a large prominent front grille. At the rear, styling changes
will be limited, with the tail lights receiving a mild cosmetic reshaping,
as on the recently facelifted Alfa 156. A series of new engines will come
on stream, culminating in a 3.5-litre GTA version.
