Based around the 2001 Buran MPV concept, the Kubang is a sporty GT with offroad pretentions. The Kubang is fitted with Maserati's 390 bhp 4.2-litre V8 and offers four wheel drive along with a mechanical-hydraulic six-speed gearbox. A top speed of 158.5 km/h is estimated, while the 0-100 km/h dash will be covered in around 5.5 seconds.  more >>>

The 32.05 million shares were aquired by Fiat in an equity swap with the US giant carmaker General Motors which took up 20% of Fiat Spa along with an option to buy Fiat from January 2004.
