Fiat Auto Financial Services has designed and developed special financial services for the launch of the New Fiat Ducato designed for all its potential customers: companies, sole traders, freelance workers, tradesmen and small businesses. Whether you opt for a lease agreement, ordinary finance or long-term hire, you can choose from a range of different products, all offering high added value because the services are packaged and included in the instalment or fee.

In Italy, for example, New Ducato customers hiring a vehicle with Savarent will be able to benefit from attractive hire conditions from the viewpoint of both the monthly fee and the cost per mile. They will be able to choose a rental solution on the basis of forecast mileage and benefit from a comprehensive range of services, including third party insurance, fire and theft insurance, fully comprehensive insurance, servicing and repairs, motor tax management, roadside assistance and claim management. In the main European markets, the finance may include maintenance (scheduled services and repairs) to ensure an all-inclusive instalment. All this is done with the specific intention of meeting the growing mobility needs of those who choose a New Ducato for their job.

Financial services

The New Ducato purchase packages include leasing. This option offers considerable tax advantages and is particularly well suited for freelance professionals, sole traders or small businesses. For this purpose, an innovative new venture has been arranged with Sava – a Fiat Group company specialising in financial services in Italy and a market leader.This package offers customers buying a new commercial vehicle maximum adaptability to their requirements with an advance ranging from 10% to 30%, flexible terms from 30 to 60 months and a 1% to 15% final option to buy.
 

The venture also allows you to benefit from a new insurance service that is particularly well-suited to sole traders, craftspeople and professionals, i.e. targets for whom the New Ducato represents a significant support to their working activities: Prestito Protetto is a form of cover combined with the loan that means customers do not have to repay the instalments or capital in the event of unexpected personal events that are out of their control, e.g. sudden and unexpected winding up of the business. As a special offer only for customers who buy a Ducato using Sava finance, a Fire and Theft policy is offered free of charge for 30 months.

Long-term hire

The long-term hire package allows the customer (company, sole trader, professional or private individual) to use the vehicle without owning it. This relieves the driver of all the burdens of direct vehicle ownership because the hire company takes care of: road tax, insurance and claim management, routine services and repairs, roadside assistance and tyre replacement and courtesy car. All this plus other major benefits to the customer: certain, planned costs through the payment of a monthly fee without tying up capital, tax benefits because the fee is deductible and elimination of risk due to used vehicle resale.
 
In Italy, New Ducato customers can benefit from hire products drawn up and designed specifically by Savarent to meet the diverse needs of customers according to their target bands. The four products range from an all-inclusive hire package such as Global rent, which includes all services (third party, fire and theft and fully-comprehensive insurance, routine maintenance and repairs, motor tax management, roadside assistance, full claim management, assistance, tyre replacement and courtesy car) to essential services packages such as Light rent and Light rent with advance (third party, fire and theft and fully-comprehensive insurance, routine maintenance and repairs, motor tax management, roadside assistance and full claim management). Not to mention the absolutely new and flexible Free Rent package, a veritable invitation to try.

New Ducato customers can also call on another two services that are essential for anyone who spends a large part of their working life behind the wheel: SOS Patente, an insurance package that provides daily compensation/repayment if your driving licence is suspended or withdrawn at any point - and also SOS Punti, an insurance cover that pays the costs of the refresher courses and tests if you lose all or part of the points on your licence.
